While my father and I were waiting in line for the annoying paperwork I noticed many people being turned away. I could not believe these people were being turned away for not having the “correct” health insurance. The health insurance most people have is Mass Health which is one of the plans that most people got when there was an insurance requirement for all the residents of Massachusetts. At that clinic it was either pay cash or have the health insurance that will pay the company the most. Health insurance is supposed to provide people with the things they need, but I guess some companies want money or nothing. How are low-income people supposed to be protected from the flu this year?
